Board Development Committee
The St. Paul Art Collective board of directors are responsible for the overall direction and governance of the organization. The board development committee focuses on building a strong board of directors through training and resources to improve overall performance to achieve our mission and vision.

The Scope of the Fundraising Committee includes: pursuing grants and grant writing, developing products and/or service offerings, developing and executing fundraising plans, and collecting donations.

The Operations Committee focuses on internal operations and the technologies utilized to keep the organization running.
Historic Preservation Committee
The St. Paul Art Collective Historical Preservation Committee safeguards the legacy of the collective. We are dedicated to preserving, documenting, and sharing this history in order to foster a deeper understanding of our cultural heritage.

Programming Committee
The Programming Committee manages the Art Crawl and other future chartered events, recruiting members and partnering with local organizations and schools. It develops event and program budgets for Board review, sets programming priorities, and maintains a calendar of key dates. The committee also organizes Coordinators’ Meetings, oversees the Greeting Program, and secures space for events and exhibitions.

The scope of the Membership Committee includes responding to questions/concerns from members about their membership status, evaluation of the current membership model to determine if modifications are required, and maintenance of MembershipWorks and Stripe software platforms.
